Haley brings a wealth of knowledge with her extensive background in business promotion and strategy. As Community Engagement Director, Haley assists in cultivating existing and new member relationships. Haley is a certified Life & Business coach. She has been working with Intrinsic Solutions International since 2011. In 2020, she began actively coaching individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations, as well as educational organizations. She has an education background and was a teacher and program director in Europe for 8 years where she worked with international students, teachers, and professionals.

Through her goals and results based coaching, Haley has helped her clients improve visibility, credibility, cultivate healthy and efficient teams and increase profitability. She recognizes the importance of asking questions and understanding her clients and their goals. Haley's strong ability to create strategies that align with a business's future goals, relatability, and finding significance in what they are trying to accomplish creates movement and generates excitement for both individuals and teams.

Haley was born and raised in Florida and lived in Sweden for 8 years before moving to Gardendale in 2010. She lives with her husband James, their daughter and twin boys. In their spare time, Haley and her husband host a podcast that has accumulated over 250K downloads!
